All bins rented from Blue Bin Rentals will be fulfilled, invoiced, delivered and picked up by Bye Bye Junk Edmonton. Blue Bin Rentals is a member of Bye Bye Junk Group of Companies.

The driver is hereby instructed to deliver his load as directed by the client.

• Once placed, the bin must not be moved.

The client shall be liable for any damage or loss sustained in respect of the equipment delivered, including fire damage, unless the client purchases the insurance in which case the client is responsible for intentional damage or neglect only.

The insurance coverage only covers the damage to the bin and not to damage to the surface placed. Blue Bin Rentals, Bye Bye Junk Edmonton, our drivers and other contractors and personnel are not responsible for damage to surface placed, objects or other equipment in the vicinity of the rental equipment or in path of the delivery vehicle even if that damage could be foreseen or the likelihood of it foreknown to all or any parties.Should this liability be forced to the Bye Bye Junk, Blue Bin Rentals, our drivers and contractor, than all parties agree that the awarded damage for aforesaid damage shall nor exceed $1.00 in total.

• Do not overload beyond edge of the bin.
• No hazardous materials may be disposed to Bye Bye Junk dumpster bins.

Solvents, chemicals, oils, toxic materials, paints, flammable liquids, explosives, oil drums, oil tanks, Freon, pressurized tanks,  food items & carcasses etc.

• Car Batteries are accepted, however they must be left on a side to be picked up by the driver upon bin pickup and not mixed or burred with other junk inside the bin.
• If any hazardous items are placed in the bin additional fees may apply to remove and properly dispose of the hazardous waste.
• If for any reason we cannot pick up our bin and we have to make another trip to the site there will be a $109.00 dry run fee.

All bins supplied by Bye Bye Junk. remain the property of Bye Bye Junk.  By hiring the bin, you give Bye Bye Junk authority to take any necessary steps to enter your premises/property to reclaim our bins.

Please select your weight and duration of rental at the time of booking. Manual adjustments to your contract or extra charges for the additional weight being discovered after the bin has been picked up will incur administrative fee of $39.00 + GST plus any other costs (such as extra weight billed in increments of 1/2 ton -1,100 lbs.)

All payments must be made upon reservation unless stated otherwise. Failure to do so will result in your bin not being delivered and your rental contract being null and void.

If needing to reschedule the delivery, customer must call dispatch at 780 240 5567. Unsuccessful deliveries or second delivery attempts are subject to dry run fee of $109.00 plus taxes per occurrence.
